Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Keeper ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Keeper is a mobile application that allows parents and coaches to track soccer goalkeeper performance during live matches. The app records shot data, saves, goals, and related statistics for personal use.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use Keeper. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Keeper only for its intended purpose of tracking goalkeeper performance. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app to collect data about individuals without their knowledge or consent.

User Content

You retain ownership of all match data and goalie profiles you create within the app. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Privacy

Your use of Keeper is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Keeper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Match statistics are recorded based on user input and we make no guarantee of their accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keeper and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
